What would you do if i left you out of the blue
Would you cry for days on end
Break and bend because you lost your best friend
Pray to God let it be a nightmare so that you may reawaken to your dream
Dream in 3D and Color of a better time.
A better place, A better day, Lovely nights.

If I left you out of the blue
Would you suddenly remember, my value was more than sentimental
Like the drums, horn, and guitar in a three piece band
Would you see I was instrumental???

Our institution doesn’t require sanity
As long as it makes perfect sense to me and you.
But you left me out of the blue…
Granted, I took for granted…

You
Your simplicities,
Your intricacies,
The moments of sheer delight you provided me.
You were the only fountain I was able to drink from to insatiably quench me.
But you left me…
